Data Deletion

You can delete your PostJay account and all associated data at any time. Deleting your account removes your posts, connected social accounts, and personal information from our systems.

How to delete your data

• In-app: go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
• By email: contact [email protected] and we will process your request.

When you disconnect a social account (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Threads), the access tokens for that account are deleted immediately. Removing our app from your Meta account also triggers deletion of the associated connection data.
